TinderSpark Club was founded on September 15th 2020 by a group of middle-schoolers from Shanghai Starriver Bilingual School (SSBS). The club has helped students in rural China through tutoring and fundraising with China Social Assistance Foundation and China Council of Lion Clubs.

The meaning of our name:
Tinder could be used to start a fire. We desire to become the fire, but the enhancement of education systems and the reform of social policies on education is a long-term process that requires the efforts of several generations. Therefore, we take pride in being the tinder that sparks the flame of innovation.
